“The letter writing unit is imaginative and really helps to bring the subject to life. The children have learnt to write letters really well.”
Year 3 Teacher, Martins Wood Primary School, Stevenage
“i-read covers all learning styles and really brings the text alive with its use of audio and video clips.”
Literacy Co-ordinator, Delphside CP School, Lancashire
“i-read will really help to move on the reading and writing agenda at the school.”
Headteacher, Brady Primary School, Essex
“Excellent for motivating boys - they couldn't wait to get into class when they were using i-read. And it is so easy to use for the non-specialist ICT teacher.”
Literacy Co-ordinator, Worthinghead Primary School, Bradford
“I think the resource itself could easily be integrated into any existing school scheme and would be particularly useful for those with limited literacy expertise or to expand the bank of resources available within a department. Having seen how much my class enjoyed and gained from it, I feel sure i-read would be invaluable in a school where reading is a development focus.”
Primary Choice
“This is an attractive and well planned resource. It is particularly good in that it uses specifically written texts that are complete in themselves and not extracts from longer pieces. Equally attractive is the calibre of the authors who have contributed to the resource and the use of multimedia to enhance the written text.”

“The presentation is clear and fresh, and the illustrations and pictures are a great feature. The three books are a fantastic accompaniment as children can look up their favourite poem or chapter again, at any time.”
Junior Education
“A very well thought–out product. The package effectively provides a year’s activities, the texts used are good, and ICT is being integrated in an effective, meaningful way.”
ICT for Education

“The pupil response to the software can only be described as excellent. Pupils were keen to be involved when the teacher was using the software on the interactive whiteboard and they were highly motivated when doing so. The small groups using the program did so in a sensible way and needed very little if any adult intervention. A teacher who was observing a lesson being taught using the software commented in her evaluation about how ‘on task’ the children seemed to be and how ‘clearly motivated’ they were. On questioning the children we also discovered that the software did help them to understand concepts as it explained them in a better way.”

“Mult-e-Maths activities are easy to understand and follow and the children have responded well to them.”
Maths Co-ordinator, St Augustine's Primary School, Leeds
“The visual images provided help children to ‘see’ the concepts clearly.”
Deputy Headteacher, East Rainton Primary School, Sunderland.
“The interactive nature of Mult-e-Maths is excellent. Activities are clearly linked to objectives and can be used to support other resources as part of a lesson (starter / plenary) or as a lesson in their own right. They are very flexible. The activities are easy to use and clearly show mathematical ideas and concepts visually. They are engaging and easily modified for differentiation. Great for those children that learn visually or have a short attention span.”
Class teacher, Intake Primary School, Doncaster
“Resources are often hard to find especially for Measures, Shape, Space and Handling data. Mult-e-Maths activities are very clear and nicely differentiated.”
Maths Subject Leader, Uphill Primary School, North Somerset.
“There are clearly identified objectives for learning and teaching and well structured lesson plans, giving suggested links between starter and main lesson activities. Mult-e-Maths is an immediate resource for illustrating mathematical concepts in an interactive way. The children love the lively and colourful interactive graphics. It engages them quickly and for longer periods, thus
maximising their learning during teaching sessions.”
Class teacher, Hermitage Primary School, Crewe
“Mult-e-Maths is ideal for whiteboard presentation. There are good questions, variety and logical presentation.”
Assistant Headteacher, St Peter's CE Primary School Leeds.
“These materials are well written and easily accessed. They are extremely visual and make the concepts very clear to pupils. Also, children like using the interactive whiteboard, so being able to use these resources for whole-class demonstration in this way does hold their attention and encourages them to learn.”
Teaching and Learning
“Mult-e-Maths offers powerful support for schools seeking to embed ICT in the curriculum. Mult-e-Maths is so easy to use that it becomes part of everyday teaching and learning almost automatically. Mult-e-Maths certainly helps me to demonstrate my abilities as a teacher to best effect.”
Gossey Lane Primary School, Birmingham
